                                              What is L.I.M.E.?

                                              Charleston's newest dining experience created by Trini born Chef Renata Dos Santos.
                                              Our emphasis will be on Slow Foods, Local, Sustainability, Community and Family.
                                              In keeping with that spirit, Culinary Institute of Charleston & The Art Institute graduates and graduating students will be our feature chefs. On occasion we may team up with established chefs. These chefs will work with local farms and artisans to create one of a kind meals for you. In addition to the regular menus, each chef will prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and/or allergy free options to ensure no one is left out of the LIME. All menus will be prepared in approved facilities. In keeping with the true concept of a LIME, most of our chefs will be paired with either a sommelier or a mixologist.
                                              Local musicians and artists also play a major role ensuring a "sweet" LIME.
                                              A portion of the proceeds will benefit a LOCAL charity.
                                               Locations will be revealed two days before the LIME via email to confirmed guests.
                                              With sufficient notice, locations may be changed at the last minute.
                                              Ticket prices will vary between $75 and $125 depending on the menu, chef or if it's all-inclusive. All prices will include gratuity and tax. Depending on the charity, tax write offs will be available. Menus will vary between 5 and 9 courses and will be available to confirmed guests.
