Bryan Charles Tatum
A local Charlestonian, Bryan Tatum has made a name for himself as the bartender at Fat Hen where he has worked since 2008. Prior to that, he bartended and served at The Boathouse at Breach Inlet from 2004-2008.
At the Fat Hen, Bryan loves experimenting with liquors infused with local fruits & herbs, and his recent creations have received much acclaim. In addition to bartending, he is also pursuing a degree in Small Business & Entrepreneurship from Trident Technical College. When Bryan is not bartending or in school, he enjoys fishing the local flats.
