Ulfet Ralph
No stranger to LIME! This will be Chef Ralph's fourth LIME event.
A recent graduate of CIC, she owns a personal chef company, U R The Cook and teaches culinary skills at The Coastal Cupboard. She also works alongside Chef Robert Carter at The Peninsula Grill.
Gilly Wallace
Born in Wales, UK, Gilly has been living in Charleston for the last four years. Along the way, Gilly’s culinary style and interests have been influenced by extended stays in London, Toronto, Atlanta and Annapolis. As one of five children from a farming background, Gilly was the one to be found in the kitchen with mum every Saturday; Dad had a fabulous market garden and there were always pies to bake, jams to preserve and assorted cookies and cakes needed to feed family and friends. In her second year of the Baking and Pastry Advanced Certificate program at the Culinary Institute of Charleston she is finally taking her lifelong love of baking to new heights and enjoying every minute. Gilly has participated in a number of LIME events, and likes to take every opportunity available to further her knowledge and gain new experience. She is currently working on the launch of a range of unique baked goods due to be available in Charleston in the early part of 2012.
Helen Hayes
Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, I have always had a passion for cooking. It’s a part of my roots and is who I am. I have been cooking since I was very young child with my grandmother. Now a mother of 2 and a wife for 13 years, I live to feed people and make them happy by the experiences they get from good food made with my soul. I have my Baking and Pastry Certificate and now seeking dual Associates Degrees in Culinary Arts and Sports Nutrition. I want to bring my state of Zen I experience while cooking to the plate to give those that eat my food the chance to experience each dish with their eyes, the aromas, and the tastes. I study the art, the science and the techniques to perfect my skills and to ultimately become one of the few female Master Chefs in ACF. ~Namaste~
(Helen currently serves as Captain of the Junior ACF Competition team)

Sandi LOVES to bake! She owns Sunny Parks Cakes which is an homage to her mother. This October, she will be constructing a 4 foot tall wedding dress made entirely of cake on a live model at the
